Hello
I’ve cancelled my broadband service with ee and just received my final bill but can’t access it or download it as they have removed my access from my online account how can I get a pdf copy of my final bill sending to me so I know what final charges are and when the last payment will be

The final bill should arrive by post for you, this will show the balance and any money to be paid or refunded.
If you would like to check this has been sent, please call us on 0800 079 8586 and the team will let you know the balance and request this to be sent to you.

I have received a email and text to at it’s ready and tells me to sign in but when I do my broadband account been removed
