Email fails to send

When I try to send an email on my ipad and iphone with my btinternet account it says the connection to outgoing server mail.btinternet.com failed

Then let's see them. As you say you're not an expert. There could be some seemingly insignificant value that is actually wrong.

So how do I let you see them? Incidentally sending emails is working at the moment but could well fail at any time.

Take a screen print of them & use the Camera icon above your text to upload an image file to here.

Thanks. That looks correct but you need to obscure your email addy before that image can be approved.

You should edit the image, unless the Mods get there 1st & reject it.
