Hi I'm new customer and ive been waiting 3 and half weeks to be set up and I still ain't been set up so I just phoned ee and they told me that it's going to take longer has anyone else had this issue before

@Danniecain1990 Delays happen to installations, were you told anything specific regarding your installation of broadband. This forum has no account access. 

Just that openreach are still doing external work but I dnt understand why it's taking this long

@Danniecain1990 Do you still have some form of internet at present? External work can be of a few various reasons, the Fibre to your closest point is not complete, the other end near the exchange is not complete, or in between both points is not complete or finished, but it really should not be available for customers for any of those reasons, so it may just be a blockage somewhere, will put the BT wholesale for you to check, use phone number or you address details from either of the boxes top of that page, when you post back obscure your details it may give some details.
