Ee not providing what contract shows

Had ee tv and broadband for a month 

 

have no access to bills or plans  in login or app. 
contract shows have discovery plus and Apple TV for 6 months keep contacting  ee but say need to use app but doesn’t show on the app. 
can ee break contract like this.

@Lifn  Have you trying looking at your online account?      And have you activated these offers.

Yes online account and app both show no tv or broadband   
so can’t activate discovery or Apple TV. 
called ee many times and they don’t seem to know how to sort this.

Looks like  this is a known issue but ee continue to start new contracts knowing they can’t supply what is sold. 


would like to know what ee has to say other than it’s been like this for months and looking into it.

No reply from ee 

and ee said twice  there’s been a manual merge request on accounts 

then be sorted on the 8th then the 12th now be weeks.

Just on the phone to ee  I said just wanted to add to notes  lady put me on hold and after 1 hr 15 mins just got cut off at 9pm with no  communication 

still no solution after 5 weeks of  limited access  to bills and services 

just keep getting told different things that don’t  happen or do what ee say 

Spent about 8 hours on phone now and can’t be bothered to keep saying same things over to different people. 
As seems no clear communication or knowledge of what’s happening apart from been like it for months

no broadband or tv shows on online account so how can I activate anything

Made new id on app now can activate discovery and see broadband  bill

but now can’t see mobile account 

 

can’t link products as either shows need to call  but they can’t link them or app shows already linked but mobile account is not there. 

and when click activate Apple TV on app  l just goes back to same page.

Had to make 2 e e accounts to see bills 

tv broadband app shows wrong info 

e e couldn’t activate  Apple TV and have give up after 11 weeks and credited me so can watch Apple TV 

Account merge never goes through
