Hoping someone can help. I moved from BT to EE and they sent me a bag to return the old kit. I have image proof of the wrapped up kit with label, as well as the post office receipt from sending it. On the Royal Mail website it states it was delivered on the 15th, but I’m still getting messages threatening to charge me £190 in 2 days time. I am freaking out as I do not have that money and this will cause overdraft fees. I know they say it can take a few weeks to process but will they actually charge me in 2 days time as they haven’t realised it has been delivered? It seems so unfair and not everyone is in a position to have hundreds of pounds taken from them.

Hi Mairi5,
Thank you for posting and for returning your equipment. I'm sorry if there has been a delay with the equipment being marked as returned. If you send me your details along with the proof of postage I'll be able to mark that has returned. This will stop any follow-up and ensure that no charges are raised.
I have sent you a private message with instructions for contacting the team.
Thanks,
Paddy

@Mairi5 Paddy-b has replied and hopefully you have followed up with his instructions, and guidance has returned equipment within 60 day's plus also if you are unfortunate to be charged, it will be returned to you, if you need to there is guidance in the help section that you can check out regarding returns.
