Hi can anyone advise what I can do about a broadband contract at a property I no longer live at. My ex is using the broadband I’m paying for but I no longer live at that address. How can I end the contract ?

As long as you are the a/c holder, you may phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 3) in my sig. and give 14 days notice of cancellation. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term.
