I decided to change my EE broadband/landline to just EE broadband.
The new went live today.. different account number that isn't recognised on the EE app.
My question is if they are different account numbers when does the old one stop and when does the landline disconnect?

Shows my EE mobile✅
Shows my old EE broadband/ landline as active 👎
BUT I cannot see my new EE broadband account/ plan
( Activated new hub today) I try to add it "not recognised"
They All 3 have different account numbers

Honestly I'm at my whits end. Only stayed with EE for ease and I needed to save money and it's causing me so much stress.
Unbelievable that you can't access new bb account in my ee
