Early renewal - broadband

Hi,

I received an email this week saying "Renew now and secure your price" saying that if I renewed my broadband now (currently going til 10/04/2026) then I would retain my discount. However, when I follow the links I just get the generic homepage and absolutely nowhere does it show me how to renew and get this discount. Help?

I get the same and I am out of contract. If I log out of EE and look at the price for my 1.6G service it is £44.99 but if I log in to renew it is £64.99. I complained and was told that these offers are only available to new customers and I could leave and come back as a new customer. We have had new fibres put in our street by a load of Welsh contractors and they are not Openreach or Virgin, so hopefully one of the good alt-nets. I think it was Youfibre but I am not 100% sure and they do 1 month contracts for a lot less.

Me too. Over an hour trying, and failing,to find renewal in my account and then in the online chat and the answer is.. you have to phone them. Makes me wonder if I want to remain with EE at all 😡

I am sorry to hear you've not been able to get this sorted when speaking with our chat team @Flamma, but if you give our team a call then they will be happy to help.

Ditto!

They are still at it in June 2026. Link does not work and I cannot see that they are offering me anything. I might try GiffGaff - their mobile service is excellent. Quite frankly EE do not deserve my custom and much better deals seem to be around elsewhere. I still have a couple of months before I need to decide
