I recently signed up for the EETV trial package £1 per month for 6 months. During sign up I had to agree to restart my broadband contract for 24 months. Fair enough. The service is good. What was not clear was that the cost of broadband would go up by £5 per month for the term. A bit sneaky or careless. It is not a lot of money but it is irritating that you have to stay on top of service providers when it should be simple. I have tried to sort this by phone, and now complained.
Anyone else had same or similar experiences?
Thanks

@ddemolder Where you only doing a 24 month contract, or are you excluding the Annual increase 30th Mar! Did the advisor not give the BB package price to you at that point and backed up by e-mail notification to you!

Hi just a 24 month broadband. Restarting what I already had and I did not know that there was a £5 monthly discount applied originally.
