EE broadband in my experience is really poor always dropping out. Don't know how they get away the the big claims they make in the advertisements!

@daveedge  still waiting on my first drop out and I’ve been a EE broadband customer for around 6 years now.   Have you ever raised this issue with customer support?  Has an engineer ever been out to look at the issue?       Is this via a phone line or fiber to your home ?

Out of curiosity what claim are you on about with the advisement?

I have been with them for nearly 30 years and only once did a whole area lose network, including shops etc, but that was down to open reach having to do a repair, otherwise just like @Chris_B , never had a problem, so please explain more what is going on, so that we may be able to help.
