Hi please can someone help me. I have no phone and just using email for communications. I moved into a new property on the 24/6/24. I did miss an appointment with the engineer, as i was floating from two addresses I told them I hold my hands up I missed. So I moved In on the 1/7/24 (technically) So any way cut a long story short, He came out had a look at the telegraph pole and said they have fitted the wrong kit but on another telegraph pole!!! about a mile away!!! when there is one across the road from me i can see it!!! He said i can not do it and they will have to send someone out and that was this Tuesday!!! so God knows!!!
