EE tells me I have a new hub and an outstanding order (I haven’t)

I recently took advantage of a revised offer for regular roaming in the EU with their unlimited SIMs.

After a few days I received a text telling me I now have broadband, even though I’ve had it for 7 or 8 months. The EE app tells me I have an outstanding order and wants to take me through setting up a new hub. To see if this might give me the absent WiFi controls I did go through setting up the hub again. It was a disaster! I’ve just about recovered but my broadband speed appears to have dropped off, I still don’t have the WiFi controls and the EE app still doesn’t show I have broadband, and that I have an outstanding order.

Has anyone experienced this? Fortunately, TV, broadband and WiFi are all useable so I’m not stressing over it.
Thanks.

So much for having just signed up to the EE Norton cybersecurity offer!

@HenryTudor8 With the problem you have looks like you will have to pursue with EE CS to find out why the link is broken from your EE ID to the broadband, and further to manage the wireless wi-fi functions, did you originate from BT?

No, I’ve been EE all along. I have a local EE shop where they are always helpful and will drop in. Thanks for your help. Henry

@HenryTudor8 Way to do it, and at least when you try to control the wi-fi you should get the error message that you are not on the local network to do so.
