I recently took advantage of a revised offer for regular roaming in the EU with their unlimited SIMs.
After a few days I received a text telling me I now have broadband, even though I’ve had it for 7 or 8 months. The EE app tells me I have an outstanding order and wants to take me through setting up a new hub. To see if this might give me the absent WiFi controls I did go through setting up the hub again. It was a disaster! I’ve just about recovered but my broadband speed appears to have dropped off, I still don’t have the WiFi controls and the EE app still doesn’t show I have broadband, and that I have an outstanding order.
Has anyone experienced this? Fortunately, TV, broadband and WiFi are all useable so I’m not stressing over it.
Thanks.

@HenryTudor8 What EE router do you have, what is the version of the EE app currently used? If the app does not show that you have broadband then there will be no way that you can have wi-fi controls, Has your device for the app been linked for broadband account, and paired with the EE router? Latest app info below.

Hi Jim,
Yes, I’m on the latest version of the app and I have for the last nearly 9 months been able to access the Smart Hub. Although I’ve been able to access the hub, like many other people have reported in here I’ve not been able to access WiFi controls.

Wow, where did that come from. I was simply trying to add a screenshot from my photo library. Very alarming. It doesn’t come from Safari. Thanks for the warning. I’m worried now about posting and tried to delete the thread but I couldn’t. Jeez!

You can't! What's been said is now in the public domain.
I had a look at the image you wanted to post. It is innocuous! Dunno why you were asked to remove it.

‘Twas a link to a ‘bad’ website. I need to investigate how it got there☹️
