Hello i placed a order for a ps5 pro yesterday evening but havent had a confirmation email but it says order placed , i have looked in spam for email but its not there

It's great news that you've ordered a PlayStation 5 Pro.

After you placed the order, an XKO number should have been displayed.

If you have the XKO reference, you can head to our track my order page to get an update on your order.
