Hi we have recently renewed our broadband and upgraded to the Smart Hub Pro and Smart Wifi Pro. Setting up the main hub was no problem and i thought i had the Wifi Pro working too. It was paired when close together but once i move the Wifi Pro it just stays on flashing orange. I've read that this means it is not paired to the hub?
I tried again and this time used the Ethernet to connect them, but again it's flashing orange once relocated. Not sure what to do and the EE app is so slow/does not load anything properly. Is there some sort of amount of time i should wait till it can be moved, upstairs for example? I have tried on the landing and in a bedroom but no joy.

@Mikeco223 Have you tried leaving it connected to the Hub Pro on the Ethernet to give it a chance to catch up on any FW updates that the smart WiFi might need. You can always look at everything with the web manager interface and see where it is all at. Think the FW is shown for both the devices and ideal matching each other. If not the factory reset on the smart, pair by Ethernet and leave it connected 24hrs seems to be the way!
