I can’t set up my EE smart hub received today and services started from 16 nov.

Have you received a text message confirming that your services are now active ?
As today is your activation day, it can take up until midnight tonight to go live fully, I’m sure it will be live around mid to late morning 👌 just set it all up and await the messages to say your live and turn it all on 👌
