My broadband has been activated, however I have not yet received my router. Assuming this is down to the postal strikes. This was sent last Wednesday, I’m surprised this was not anticipated and another courier used. I’m now left with no broadband for who knows how many days, working from home.
Not a good start to my EE broadband experience.

No it yet I have rang up royal mail the delivery service they used and they had an issue and sending it back to the sender but that's their issue not mine they couldn't find the right address even tho they had the correct one I'm just really upset I've still not had my broadband

@BigHaze : When is you BB going live? You must have over a week to sort it out. Do you have a compatible router to use?

my broadband is already live i had the email to say its been activated but i have still not got my router yet ive been waiting nearly a week now

I am waiting as well it takes the **bleep** are you have been waiting since 24th of September and they come back to me every time oh it'd be with you in three days and never here it's a joke
