EE executive complaint department for broadband

To whom it may concern I am writing to explain that I had a complaint open with the new EE complaints department regarding my new EE account
One of your colleagues from the new EE complaint department was dealing with my account and speaking with me and my financial company regarding my account, but since client finance have se sent sent the Power of attorney notes into new EE your New Ee Complaints department have closed my complaint down without telling me but your new Ee Complaints department are still dealing with client finance without me, but I am the account holder new EA have changed there number please, can you help me to locate the new contact number thank you

- very big problem in Broadband & Landline
- Total loss of broadband service but no compensation unless > 30 days in Broadband & Landline
- whenever I go to upgrade my broadband I get an error in Broadband & Landline
- Old broadband account in Broadband & Landline
- Upgrade from Standard HBB to Full Fibre in Broadband & Landline
