Broadband Bill direct debit bot taken from my bank this month

My bill usually comes out of my bank on the 4th of every month but this month it hasn't been taken. There is always sufficient funds for my bills. The direct debit hasn't been cancelled. Has anyone experienced this?

@Ptm5x You seem to be the first posting that question up, EE CS accounts may be able to answer if you wish to call them, or possible the bank may know if there was a failed attempt or no attempt at all on the DD withdraw from you account, or just wait to see what happens later when/if they retry...

Funnily enough my bill hasn't generated yet and it was due on the 4th March. Probably at least a few affected

If you log in to your account online or via our app, are you able to see the bill itself, with the estimate of when it's going to be taken showing? 

We're not aware of any issues with bills, but if it's the same for you as @Gallen1 has mentioned, then it's definitely something we can get double checked.
