With the BT Essential Digital Home Phone, I know it has a call-blocking feature built in. But I noticed on the EE app, they also have the Call Protect feature. Now it may seem a daft question, but I have noticed none of the calls that's been blocked with the Digital Home Phone appear on the app. Is the Call Protect feature on the app different to the Digital Home Phone call blocking feature?
Many thanks

Hi @Rossby
Welcome to the Community.
The BT Essential Digital Home Phone built-in call-blocking is a device feature which is a separate service from EE Call Protect network feature.
The built-in call-blocking only stores the details of block in the handset. Usually around 100 numbers can be set to be blocked.
Call Protect has a lot more flexibility and options.
If you're looking to view the details, you can switch off the built-in call handset call blocking, and activate EE call Protect instead.
