My EE broadband has suddenly gone offline, tried to call in... offices now closed, tried to use the service status checker... won't let me log in as it says I need to setup my account (already done when I first got the broadband) and when I try it says already linked can't log in right now, I understand issues happen but having no available services for live info or even a service tracker and noone to contact after 9pm seems strange. Anyone else having this issue?

Hey, sorry for the delay in my response I have had a busy time recently, the issue was solved the next day it appeared to be an issue with account synchronisation yo the server, thank you for your response in aid to help me. Have a lovely week.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

I'm sorry you're broadband has gone offline, our Fix An EE Broadband Connection Problem has steps to try to get the broadband back online and a link to test the connection.
