EE broadband Difficulties

Hi there, having a few issues with my broadband not reaching the upstairs office too well. It's Fibre Plus (as better is no available in my area yet) but I don't believe it should be struggling too much upstairs. I remember there used to be an option where the broadband team could send you out some booster discs (a bit like the smart wifi) to help out when I worked for EE, is this still an option does anyone know?

@baggy44   yes you can still get boosters, give the broadband care team a call for more info. Or see https://ee.co.uk/broadband/smart-wifi

Or you could pop down to your local favourite shop for a WiFi extender.

Much will depend on the construction of the property, many modern ones have foil backed plaster which stops the WiFi signal though.

Smart WiFi will cost you £10 pm. Getting Full Fibre will not make reception within your home any better.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
