EE box keeps restarted itself

I have my broadband, and everyday it drops in and out and resets itself ALL the time now… it’s completely random and it just restores itself. This is little frustrating as I have family members who work from home and it’s just not good enough when they loose there work or stopped meetings on video calls! 
what can I do, as they not being very helpful ???
