EE app not logging in!

im not insaine!

go to log in. 

asks me to set up pin etc. 

complete everything.

then tells me there seems to be  a problem!

i cant  get into the settings at all. 

HELP!!

I think the best thing to do is speak with our Technical Support team, so they can check everything is set up from our side.

@MummaBear92 You may have to call EE CS and have them walk you through it, new security feature off the app, real pain until it all works...

i spoke to CS and their answer was to send out a new router which baffled me a little seeing as its an app issue.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Are you able to log into the EE Online desktop site?

Sort of. I can log in and only see my bill online. Nothing else. When I navigate through the website to look for anything it tells me it can't sign me in
