I was told new database and webiste didn't updated my account, currently I have a direct debit for bandboard and I can't access it via website.

I am logged in but I can not see my current contract details, how can I fix this?

What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed?
Are you on a New EE BB plan? If so, that a/c no. is not the right 1 for it. It should consist of 'GB' followed by 8 digits.
Your BB a/c no. will be in your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.
