Hello.
I am trying to access EE WiFi. It says that it is free for all EE accounts holders and should automatically connect when using an iPhone (I am using iPhone 15 Pro Max with the latest iOS version).
When putting my login credentials (picture on the left) I am kicked back to option screen (middle picture).
Can anyone has any idea what I am doing wrong?

@Lipek how long have you had your EE broadband account?
Despite what it says, it seems it is not available to legacy accounts.

EE WiFI is only available to users of EE New BB, not legacy BB - see Help with EE WiFi
You can buy a voucher for short-term access here.
Alternatively, new EE Broadband and BT Broadband customers receive unlimited free access to the EE WiFi network.
New EE Broadband and BT Broadband customers can find out more information about using EE WiFi elsewhere in this help section.
Yes. New EE Broadband and BT Broadband each come with free unlimited WiFi minutes. If you aren't a new EE Broadband or a BT Broadband account holder, you can buy EE WiFi access now via a voucher here.

I am not a EE broadband user, just mobile sim.
For EE WiFi access anyone who has EE sim plan (I am not pre paid sim card user) can automatically access EE WiFi.
However as I understand this, I need to be both EE broadband user and has registered EE sim plan as well under 1 account... Correct?

@Spencer74 at the moment only new customers or those transferred from BT Retail since around Oct/Nov last year are on the New EE T&C's.
There is a trial going for EE Broadband customers to move to New EE, but I am sure will follow soon.
