Hello
The TV box has decided to stop working. All I can see at the moment is Connecting to your Router and occasionally, a screen telling me it can't.
It was working literally 90 minutes ago. Any ideas what might be happening. I've done the various Powercycles and followed the scant instructions I can find.

I know you've mentioned doing some power-cycling. Have you done that with both the EE TV Box and the Router?
Are any of your other devices having problems connecting to the router or is it just the EE TV Box?

How is it connected? Wired or wireless?
If wired, try unplugging the Ethernet cable from the rear of the box and re-inserting it. If wireless, try holding the power button on the set top box until the LED starts flashing. Will take a while for the cogs to start whirring again but hopefully helps.
