EE Smarthub - Capping use of Submix App

Hi There

I work for a start up called Submix, we provide studio grade audio and video of an online platform. I have had no issues with any provider or device until I connect to my EE smart hub. It seems to cap the speed of the platform rendering it unusable. I've done a multitude of testing with the wifi optimiser and ping optimiser and neither provide a stable solution. Is there a way to turn all capping or traffic limiting off the router.

Interesting, we use Livekit library but we don't have any DSCP markings.
