Hi, I have a Smart Hybrid Connect HC10A which is connected via cable to my EE Smart Hub. What is the easiest way to test if it works and what sort of speed I get? I tried removing the incoming WAN ethernet cable from the smart hub router but that just resulted in the loss of all internet access.
I would appreciate any advice.
Many thanks

@jongrayseal Removing the WAN cable is the way to test, takes 3-4 mins for the swap over, speed is dependant on the 4g network. Will copy the help info for you to go get. HTH

Many thanks. All works as you suggested!! It took 20-30 mins to reconnect to the fibre after plugging the WAN back in. But all good. Appreciate your help.
