I have an EE Smart Hub WiFi 7 Pro and EE WiFi Extender that shipped with the EE Smart Hub Plus (Which I don't want to use but use the Pro Hub instead), This WiFi extender seems to connect to the Hub Pro but keeps flashing aqua and the connection type on the web app says N/A. I followed the above insteactions to the dot with the ethernet cable and it shows a solid aqua at the end for a long enough time (20 minutes+) after I have removed the cable.
Now, I moved it to the other room and powered it on and it's flashing amber. I did a WPS connection between them to see if it'll work again but we are back to squar 1 with the flashing aqua.
What am I doing wrong? or is this not supposed to work with the Pro Hub?

@mziada : No, You have got the wrong Smart WiFi extenders. The Smart WiFi 6 Plus (SW20A) is meant for the EE Smart Hub 6 Plus (SH30A, SH31B or SH32B).
For the Smart Hub 7 Pro (SH40J), of Set up your Home Broadband EE Router, you need the Smart WiFi 7 Pro (SW40J), of Setting up Smart WiFi.

@mziada You will have the version SW30A for the smart wireless 6 + version and it does not work with the Pro Hub...

Thank you it's clear now. I thought it'd work even on the 5GHz channel but clearly EE has locked these devices to it's respective model/class.
