EE Smart Hub Flashing Green (We Cannot connect to Wifi)

Rossc441
Visitor

Hi,

Our Smart Hub was working fine and all of a sudden the WiFi is gone, went to check the Smart Hub and it is continuously flashing green, I have tried both disconnecting the Hub for a while then turning it back on, I have also tried the factory reset in which it turned a solid green for a few seconds, but then went back to flashing green again.

Is there anything else that may fix this issue so I cam get WIFI running smoothly again?

Thanks.

There is no BB signal.

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?
