Recently upsold to EE Broadband and router from BT contract and router. Sent new EE equipment, but not the boosters as I had expected. Will my BT boosters work with EE router?

@IWC1966 Then they WILL NOT WORK, so you either have to get the EE ones, or keep your whole existing BT system.

And if you have been requested to return any BT devices, then you have 60 days to do so, hang on to all until you are happy and everything is working as you need....

@IWC1966 If you have the white BT wholehome wi-fi then they will be compatible in operation but not at full speed of operation if that is what you are looking for. And which EE router did they send you and to which package are you going to?

Full Fibre 150 (I was sold this as being the nearest to the BT Full Fibre 100 I was on). I've been sent an EE Smart Hub Plus. The BT booster discs are black wifi booster discs that work with the BT Smart Hub 2.

Thanks for the help with this. I will contact EE for the correct boosters.

@IWC1966 There will be a £10/month extra charge so you know. Just before you call heads up!
