I am having the same problem. I’m going round and round with both Sky and EE. It appears to be that EE’s offer is a sham. They are requesting information that simply can’t be provided in the format they are requesting, therefore we can’t meet their T&cs and as a consequence they’re closing the case. Very very bad form. I will be taking this as far as the ombudsman as I think it is a very bad way to treat customers.
