do I need to return plugs and cables with the router? It won’t all fit in a Jiffy bag

If you have not received a return bag you may call 0330 123 1105 for 1.
When posting it, keep the proof of postage as evidence in case EE deny receiving it & make a note of its serial no.

@Wales220225 : Did not EE not send you a pre-paid & addressed return bag? It should fit all.

No I did not receive a Jiffy bag the email says return the router in one so my question is do I also send back the plugs and cables?

@Wales220225 Yes everything is best to be sent back, pity you did not keep the original box it all came in!
