EE Broadband Activation

Can anyone tell me what time of day EE activate their broadband, elderly parents moving from Plusnet to EE tomorrow, have been to check today but not activated yet. Any ideas?

@DCW123   It can be any time up to midnight, but typically much earlier, it was mid morning last time I moved, but that was a few years ago.
