Just been moved from BT to EE , new router has been set up and working ok , however when i try to set up wifi controls on the EE app it asks to pair with hub , but then just stays on searching for hub and never finds it .
My phones can access the we interface of the Hub , and tried factory resets and reinstalling app to no avail , the hub has updated its firmware to latest version too.
Any help appreciated
