There are numerous threads about the same issues faced by many people we were told numerous times different dates for a fix originally 25th of March some 31st of March and one person I saw posted that they were told April. Sadly some complained and got nowhere even went ombudsman and they also sided with EE. So if you are within 14 days run if not make a complaint some of us were allowed to leave penalty free…
