I’m sure I am not alone with massive issues since moving from bt900mds to EE 1.6gbs in short Openreach attended on the planned day in and out in 10 mins as it was just to swapping over my ONT to a 2.5gbs ONT
all going well connected fine while I was still on Bt Bt Openreach engineer texted to say they was rebuilding the circuit or swapping me over to EE And from that day they killed my connection that was December the 18th and I still have no connection at time of writing this jan 5th. I know of a few others with issues too and wondered how many of us here are in the same boat

Well openreach came today as planned and replaced the internal fibre due to a kink close to the ONT plug, once that was replaced there was a little wait why the circuit was rebuilt manually and after 6 weeks with no connect i am happy to say i back all reconnected ,I should not have to email openreach CEO to get them to correct the issues, but thankfully it is all now sorted out and working

You know my score already Dave.
How do EE get away with such poor service I'll never know.
I am still left in the cold with a failed engineer visit on 29th December waiting for my EE broadband to start.

@garetc : No, we got it here in Reading. It's not itself an ISP but more like OP. It supplies over 30 broadband ISPs
