Just over 7 days ago I was conned into moving in group from BT to EE, I was told the technology was better than BT but since I moved my broadband has cut out multiple times, sometimes for over an hour, I work from home so this is a sh*te service. It has come to the point where we have cancelled the connection within the 14 days and are going with another provider. I am not one to normally post reviews unless they are positive but I felt it necessary to warn prospective customers what they are getting themselves into.

@Etholl20 And many customers don’t have any issues. Did you at all report this back to EE to try and get it resolved? Any who it’s a bit late now as you’ve used the cooling of period to swap providers without trying to sort this it would seem.

@Etholl20 Where you out off contract with BT when you where asked to go to EE as the provider?

I did give them numerous chances, I was on the phone 4 or 5 times and in the end they couldn't help, don't get me wrong I am an EE customer with my mobile and have been for 24 years and the service team are great, I don't have a problem with the company, just the technology they use.

I was out of contract, and the package I was offered was cheaper than BT, I was happy with what we got with BT but the promise of saving money was the incentive, the Agent I spoke to said the Modem and WiFi booster were newer and better than BT's so I went with it. I was disappointed that the 1.6GB speeds are only available for new customers.

@Etholl20 Just put all the BT equipment back on, EE and BT service is the same!

I would do but, I had to send it all back to BT when I was moved to EE

@Etholl20 You had 60 day's to return any or all equipment that was asked for! Take a look at the link below and say what you have from the pictures. From your original post you are off to pastures new so just forget about the request for information!
