I've looked at my childrens devices that have connected to the hub. One's devices say wifi 5gh and other child's chromebook says ethernet cable? The laptop is in her room and router downstairs so how is it connected by ethernet?
@Bellabee The EE router has just got it all wrong in the process off doing what, if it's not cabled then it's wireless and you may be lucky to find it in the wireless table for the band attached!
