Disability cancellation (can't use phones)

Autistic person here,

I can't use phone calls without causing a panic attack and feeling sick and so what other options do I have to cancel my broadband.  

Ee you shud b strung across the street for this scam.

If u can't read b4 replying. Don't reply. 

Logically what is written above. 

I can't cancel it easilly at all.

ring up or post a letter which I can't do..... 

I don't want to ring up to have some cendescending idiot try and twist my choice to leave like an abusive relationship. 

Oh are u sure you want to leave etc...more panic attacks. 

Why post an address as if I didn't just say above I'm bedbound so can't just tottle off to the post box. Why is that difficult to read b4 replying

Do you have a friend or family member set up on your account who can speak on your behalf? Or could you call when someone is with you to make it a bit easier?

Contract ended a year ago and av been stuck on sum expensive tarrif. 

Non functioning and unsupported. 

What is this company doin ? excelling at customers best interests or trappin ppl who can't understand why I wouldn't automatically be renewed at the cheapest options

Currently Pay twice as much as me neighbor and get slower speeds than they do.
