I am Having an issue with my Digital Voice where incoming calls we can hear the person on over end but they can’t hear us and it same when we call out. I have tried a cordless phone and still the same and it does it to all four on my digital voice phones i’ve tried contacting EE on X 150 and they don’t care. They don’t want to do anything about the issue or say I will send out open reach out to look at it when it doesn’t have anything to do with open Reach. It happened when the Smart Hub Plus got its last firmware update.

I still have the same problem, and have had it since moving over from BT. Resetting the hub fixes the issue.

that is what I after to do fix it restart the hub Fix it when report it after an hour of open fault they come back say it fix

We're having the same issue. Moved from BT Digital Voice to EE's kit. Using the BT Phones. Silent when dealing out. Can get a dealing tone but no one can hear us the other end. Same with calls to us. Silent when we pick up after ringing. EE not interested! Just want to reset the hub every time which isn't good enough.

Yes that is what they do to me or send offline line then close fault within 3hr of open fault or factory setting then losing all Digital Voice mean when you go in to hub say "Not Configured" now I am worried that I am going to lose my landline what I hand since I was born and longer

So 3rd month with this fault since moving from BT. Engineer came out this morning. Re-paired the phones to the hub. 2 Alexa phones and 1 standard . Worked for 1 call and went silent half way through. Apparently a fault with Alexa Handsets although the standard one doesn't work either. Awaiting 2 replacement handsets - standard ones which work. Maybe a firmware update in the pipeline for the router according to the chap at EE.

In the 8th month I had my fault EE came back saying there was no fault but when fault comes back every 24/48hr where incoming calls we can hear the person on over end but they can’t hear us and now we can't even call out when the fault is on we after power cycle hub every time clear fault

Hopefully I’m not speaking too soon. Landline has worked for longest amount of time. Only EE issued handsets connected. BT one removed. All ok so far!!

So did they send you out to replace the BT Essential Digital Home Phone but the EE Model of the Essential Digital Home Phone

So they sent a replacement phone - EE ones - BT essential looking ones. with no branding on as apparently they are the latest phones. Spoken too soon - come back off holiday and they have returned to their normal state of not working. **bleep**!
