Hi, my mother has moved home and needs broadband to run her business. She's been in her new home for weeks and the installation keeps getting delayed. She's now been told she has to wait until December. How can she claim compensation for a lack of earnings please?

She can't claim for loss of earnings but she will get Automatic compensation for any delay in the promised installation date.
