Delay in installation

Hi i work from home and was having broadband installed yesterday but apparently they will need to lop trees in an ajoining property which could take a few weeks to sort so currently having to use my data on phone.can EE provide a temp hot spot router until full instalkation completed ?

Possibly. You need to call CS & ask for the loan of a mobile router with sufficient data.
