Trying to find the option to pre credit my broadband and all i find is "setup direct debit" I DON'T use DD payments. If i have the money to hand i want to be able to credit my account with out a headake. Since moving my broadband from BT to EE its been nothing but a cluster truck. Things are not easy.

Hey there @Kamiashi, welcome to the EE Community!
As an alternative to paying upfront, have you considered bringing your bill date forwards so the direct debit falls closer to when you get paid?
You'll need to speak with our customer care team to get this switched over, but you can find more details about this here:

Hi Jim,
Thank you for your reply, None of that in the link you provided me is what i was looking for. I want to credit my broadband before the bill is issued but the only option i have is "Setup Direct Debit" theres no option to just pay in to this account.
Where my phone contracts are ready to pay on my payday theres no problem there but for my broadband it set to come out after my payday and would like to be able to credit the account before the bill is issued so:
1, Its credited and i know the bill be covered
2,money for this not then spent on rubish before the bill comes out then not to have the money.
This is because im bad with money and would like to avoid a bill im not able to then pay.

Unlike mobile for BB you cannot credit any amount to your a/c in advance to your bill. You may only pay whatever is outstanding on your bill at any time.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@Kamiashi Just remember you pay 7-8 day's later from the billing date, ie billed on 10th pay 17 - 18th on the DD account.
