I have broadband on order but I don’t get it installed until the 8th September unfortunately. When I placed the order, I was told to take out the connectivity backup and that would arrive within a few days. When received, that would give me an internet connection until the main install, is that correct or have I been misled?

@Rymer61 That is correct but you need both the Backup unit and the supplied EE Hub to both work together, the Backup takes the 4G mobile signal, sends it to the EE Hub and the Hub supplies you the Broadband Internet.
