Connection my phone to the EE app

Hi, I’m new to EE, just got the smart 5 box, Iv downloaded the EE app but really struggling to connect device? Iv put my account number and that shows I have an account for broadband, when I’m trying to add my details, it states account number invalid? I’m confused

@Zeto7444 : What is a Smart 5 box? Is it a 5G mobile BB router?

If so, You don't need an a/c no. to link a mobile router. That's for fixed Home BB. You link it by its mobile no.
