Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

We are very sorry for the problems EE broadband customers had for a short time overnight. We worked quickly to fix the issue, and mobile and data services were not affected during this time.

Internet down again bill not gone down this been going on 2 year try employing engineer s real ones not cowboys cos they talk out ther ass

Welcome to the community.
Is this fixed line broadband that you have or mobile broadband? How long has it been down for?
Have you tried restarting your router?
