Connected however no internet.

Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

Yeah really not impressed this time round. 
Your meant to inform us at least 48 hours before so people can get appropriate things in place, not announce it 8 minutes before hand in the middle of the night

Anyone else having service issues in Yeovil area? No broadband available at the moment!

All back to normal now! I clearly spoke too soon! 

When I took my contract out with EE I thought I'm paying for a 24hr service but I'm not getting a 24hr service I'was trying to use my tablet at home and can only use the WiFi on this so now I can't do anything how many times do you do this maintenance as it wasn't told to me when I took this contract out with you
