they cut us off on the 12th January, it’s been nearly a month since we have had no internet connection. They keep telling us we will receive compensation. I got a call they then changed their mind and then decided to say they wasn’t gonna call me back till the 16th February, keep getting told different things and keep dragging it on now changed the date again till the end of February I will take this further if this doesn’t get sorted out.

Why were you cut off or is it that your BB just went down?
You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
